What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Eyewear must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging; Items returned after being worn or used within the 14 day return window will not be accepted back for a refund. We allow for the eyewear to be tried on at home to determine if the fit is right, and if they aren’t the perfect fit, then they can be returned or exchanged within the 14 day return.
Can I Return/Exchange A Sale Item?
Yes, sale items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
How Should I Ship My Return?
Eligible returns and exchanges within the U.S. postmarked within 14 days can be shipped free using the return shipping label included with your original order. If your order did not come with a return label, please Email Us or give us a call at 502-536-8394 to see if you are eligible for free return shipping.
For international returns and exchanges, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Your credit card will be refunded within 3-5 days of the return being processed.
