    Returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

    Eyewear must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging; Items returned after being worn or used within the 14 day return window will not be accepted back for a refund. We allow for the eyewear to be tried on at home to determine if the fit is right, and if they aren’t the perfect fit, then they can be returned or exchanged within the 14 day return.
